When you use the contact form, HR&Technics may collect your name, company, business email address, selected topic and message. Technical information required to deliver and secure the website may also be processed by the hosting provider.

Data is processed to review and respond to enquiries, discuss potential assignments or business relationships, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. Depending on context, the legal basis is pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests or legal obligations.

3. Recipients and hosting

Data is accessible only where necessary to HR&Technics and service providers used to operate the website. The website and form functionality are hosted by Netlify, Inc.

4. International transfers

Some service-provider processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate transfer safeguards are used where required under applicable law.

Enquiry data is generally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a business relationship is established or longer retention is required by law.
